What’s all the fuss about?
Delhi Airport sees around 800 travellers every day; if you’ve ever been one of them, you know how much of a hurried and insipid affair eating at the airport can be. Plaza Premium Lounge aims to change this habit. The focus? Brekkie.
Chef Ankit Mangla has prepared a bunch of nutritious {and yummy} dishes, the highlights of which include a winner banoffee French toast, apple cinnamon pancakes, and a vegetable rosti served with a spicy home-made salsa.
For the health buffs
There’s Mexican oats, lemon oats, salads, muesli and a variety of yoghurts. Everything’s fresh and served within minutes.
