Rent-A-Closet is perfect for buying, renting or lending occasion-specific clothing that never gets worn again. While that’s super useful, I discovered them when I fell in love with the kitschy juttis on display at their pop-up at DLF Promenade.

Printed Pretties
Janpath is a safe bet when I need to get in a quick round of jutti shopping, but now lots of indie brands are giving my shoe closet a quirky makeover. Rent-A-Closet brought a limited collection of their juttis to Promenade, but their store in Nehru Place should have more options.
There’s no bling on these; instead, they’re adorned with quirky prints. I picked up a pair in navy to match my jeans. They’re all priced at INR 2,000 and, while that’s a bit on the higher side of my jutti budget spectrum, I plan to wear these everywhere.
What Else?
You can rent out clothes {lehengas, saris, gowns or even jumpsuits}, accessories, jewelry and footwear from Rent-A-Closet. Check out their collection on their website. If you’re looking to buy yourself a quirky pair of juttis, however, I suggest you make the trip to Nehru Place.
