As if the transition to literally everything going online wasn't hard enough, making time (and space without knocking over a vase) for Zoom classes can be a bit hard. But if there's one thing I know for sure, it's that dancing is fun and liberating -- just ask Grey's Anatomy fans during their 30-second dance parties. As much as I'd like to pretend I'm awesome dancer, I'm (sadly) not, so I asked an expert, Gunika Sanan, a professional dancer at The Danceworx who's been in the biz for 11 years on how to dress your best to have a successful online class.
PS: Gunika teaches jazz and heels choreographies that you can register for (and she's racked up 3.6M+ views on her Instagram so you know she's the real deal).
