Protein this, protein that, this entire generation has become obsessed with it, rightly so, of course. And while yes, too much of anything can flip from boon to bane real quick, the irony is that half of us (especially non-gym-goers and vegetarians) are still running on protein-deficient diets. Sure, getting protein into breakfast, lunch, and dinner matters more, but protein snacks are the easiest, tastiest, and most accessible way to inch closer to our nutrition goals.
