Rainbow Coffee & Four-Chocolate Waffle: Plan A Short And Sweet Hangout At This Rohini Cafe

Barely a year old, Cafe Mudlark, has the North Campus kids’ stamp of approval and comes recommended by a lot of folks in Rohini and Pitampura. It’s mostly a waffles, ice creams and shakes kinda place that’s great if you have a quick catch-up scene planned. 

What started as a modest dessert parlour is now well into adolescence. The menu has gone beyond the dark chocolate waffles and scoops of yummy Mocha Nut and now includes rolls, sandwiches, Maggi, pasta, burgers and shakes. We’re happy to note that the pasta doesn’t skim on the cheese and the Signature four ways waffle comes with four waffles, each with a different topping including ice cream, chocolate syrup, Nutella, white chocolate, gems and sprinkles. We’d really suggest you stick to what they do best: Chocolatey shakes and roll perhaps. If you’re feeling a bit adventurous, they’ve got a bunch of cheesy, saucy waffles.

Truth be told, it’s a small space but it makes the cut if you’re looking to brighten up your day with a rainbow coffee {hey, Instagram} or drowning your sorrow in a Nutella Waffle. Or, just catch your breath as nachos and fries keep you in good company {they also have a Garlic Butter Waffle!}.

The bright brews apart, Mudlark has always believed in giving that something extra. The cafe, for instance, recently hosted an Open Mic to get people to speak their minds over steaming cuppas and soon enough, it’ll start hosting live gigs too.
