Fuji Japanese Restaurant: Craving for some really good Ramen, we went about searching all over online and found this unique place in Connaught Place hidden in the M Block Market, Fuji. We went and got a booth for ourselves. It's unique in its ambience in the sense that each Booth is pretty secluded. I guess that's how the Japanese like it because the restaurant was filled with the local Japanese who were talking to the folks that they had brought in with them about how authentic and on-point this restaurant was. With that as our premise, we ordered the Tempura shrimp, mixed Yakitori, Miso & Shoyu Ramen.
The food came accompanied with lightly sweet soy sauce and there was mixed spice powder there on the table itself. Us being Indians of course ordered for the chilli sauce, which was a mild version of what we get as momo chutney. The food was fresh and authentic.
We definitely will be back to try their Sushi and the remainder of their extensive menu.
