We asked Anubhav Sapra of Delhi Food Walks what he was feasting on for Ramzan. Apart from the meaty fare {you can sign up for their Iftar food walk to try that}, he told us about five breads which are made only during the Ramzan month. And from the sound of it, they seem delicious.

Are you bread-y for this?

Dilkhush Bread

A sweet bread, this one’s stuffed with coconut, khoya, dry fruits and aam laccha.

Butter Jam Sheermal

One side Amul butter and one side mixed fruit jam. We’re so kicked about trying this one!

Coconut Paratha

Sugar + dry fruits + coconut. What’s not to love?

Cherry

Exactly what it sounds like, this one’s a bread infused with lots of fresh cherries.

Dry Fruit Cake

A small-sized bread with dry fruits. They are distributed to people once the Quran Sharif readings are over. It is also known as tabbaruq.
