A little bit of Jaipur, a little bit of Venice, and a whole lot of blue, Bar Palladio was created to present Italian food, in a dreamy Indian set-up. The space is apparently inspired by the iconic Caffé Florian and Harry’s Bar in Venice and named for the Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio, who was known for symmetry and viewing the world from a 360-degree angle. Which means, plenty of open space. A far cry from the pinkness of Jaipur, this one is an ode to Italy and the Azzurri of it all. Of course, for the hint of India, expect block prints and gorgeous Mughul influences in the space. Blue & Pastel Cushions
Since it’s an open space, Bar Palladio has the luxury of canopies and garden seating outdoors, and that airiness thanks to massive doors and windows lends itself to a brighter and more cheery indoors too. So to replicate that, bring home cushion covers in light blue, pastel and with block-prints or embroidery. We highly recommend this one with bluebirds on them, or this subtle and stylish cover, that is made from cotton and jacquard, from Home. Each of the tables at Bar Palladio - the bar area or the cafe - has a lovely candle, and that is always an easy and essential accessory to add to your decor. Since the whole idea of Bar Palladio is to infuse a bit of Jaipur, and ancient Mughal India into the setup, no way you should not have glassware, crockery and serveware that is an ode to the era itself. Lights & Lanterns
Since the whole space is a throwback to the days of gorgeous havelis and the royal look, make sure you avoid modern lighting entirely. And make sure to get the warm glow, yellow bulbs. If you want to go all out with candles though, then you must shop from August Collectives. They have gorgeous lanterns in exactly the kind you will find at Bar Palladio. Check them out here. If you're sticking to electricity though, which is far more practical, obviously, the browse through Logam, without fail! We did, and we picked out three options that really nail the vibe. This Arabic Pendant light for INR 2,990, this Filigree Pendant light priced at INR 2,990 - though both are usually under INR 2,500 on sale!, and the Marrakesh Pendant Light that is INR ,3600.

Tableware & Dining
Bar Palladio's Italian menu and finger food mean that they have a lot of pasta plates, side plates, salad bowls, and salad plates. While we desperately want them to start selling their ceramic, we found the next best thing from some of our favourite homegrown ceramic brands. Starting with this gorgeous set of four dinner plates from Good Earth. Now, they are on the pricier side (it's INR 12,500 for the set), but hey, it's an investment to last a lifetime. We love the 24K gold accents and the marching elephant and the palm tree motifs. Quite royal. Pair the plates with this golden cutlery set from Nestroots. Even this set of six forks from Treasured Occasions makes for a good investment. Last but not the least, you can pick between these two kinds of placemats - these turquoise Chanderi Gota Patti placemats from Smriti Gupta and these floral pastel blue placemats from Piyani.
Wall Decor
While the walls are splashed with all shades of blue, you'll notice that there's a whole lot of mirrors and wall paintings in the mix. While we don't expect you to go all out and have your walls painted with the Bar Palladio-style tropical themes. We however can point you to wall paintings that you can pick up starting with this elephant painting from The Art Gram. This Indian feather pattern painting from Going Desi is another pick to add some character to your walls. Bar Palladio's relaxed vibes are mainly due to the furniture and seating. Those low cushioned benches, lounge chairs, bar stools, and outdoor chairs have us browsing through furniture catalogues. But don't worry we got you covered. First up, we have this Saito Teak and Rattan Bar Stool from Lap & Dado. It's contemporary chic. This Batur Teakwood Bench, also from Lap & Dado, is another pick. Moving on to some tables, this particular piece has our heart -- the End Table from The House of Trendz. This console table from Sunshine Boulevard will match the House Of Trendz one.
For the entire garden set-up, that is chic yet Jaipuri, we highly recommend adding in a hand-embroidered garden umbrella. Not just for the aesthetics, but legitimately to shield you from the sun! Indiamart has a few if you're looking for something bright and colourful. But go check out the hand-made, recycled ones from Embroidered Fabric, a brand on Instagram. They really nail the Rajasthani-block print as well.
