The Reflection House Villa is surrounded by lush greenery, calm skies, and aesthetic corners. The space instantly disconnects you from the usual city chaos.
On day 1, we arrived in the afternoon, with the quiet palm fronds swaying away in the wind. The villa itself is a vision from the outside, and it only gets better once you step inside. It features spacious, airy corridors, high ceilings, and terraces. The rooms are large, minimally decorated with wood tones, crisp linens, and pops of colour. This property also has a private pool that was inaugurated by us almost immediately! Further, that night we cooked in the open kitchen, eating al fresco under soft lights, lots of laughter and the stars overhead.
Day 2 was a day dedicated to relaxation, unwinding, and letting the burnout and stress melt away under the filtered sunlight that came through sheer curtains. Breakfast was served on the terrace, packed with nutrition in the form of fresh fruits. Plus, the strong, wonderfully brewed coffee made everything a whole lot better. When it comes to food particularly, at Reflection House by StayVista, fresh meals are available for guests to choose from, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snacks, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian alternatives. The in-house staff offers a blend of cuisines like North Indian and Chinese to local coastal cuisine, providing variety for extended stay periods.
At around midday, we went on to explore some of Alibaug’s beaches and cafes and strolled for a while before heading back to the lounge by the pool. What we loved the most about the space was how spacious it was for ten people. Everyone has time to be on their own to relax and unwind.
Day three was when the urge to not head back peaked. It began with a slow morning breakfast, a quick stroll, and a quick dip in the pool.
All in all, if you want rest, some space, and a touch of luxury, this place is a hidden gem.
