It’s for Ashtanga Yoga beginners and people who have been practicing yoga and want to learn and inculcate something new in their practice. Ashtanga yoga is basically meant to open up all the eight limbs in your body through a constant flow of breath. It helps to let go and take control of your mind and body through regular practice. So it’s a good activity to get into if you’re looking to do something healthy for yourself.

The four sessions of this workshop provide a space to thoroughly cover the essential aspects of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. The detailed format of the workshop, gives enough space for an in-depth exploration of what our body is able to achieve.
