-Korela Bhuteko: This is something unimaginable. Never thought that karela can be tasted so deliciously. But this Crispy Fried karela will make you forget the bitterness of karela. I still can't get over.
-Gundruk Sadeko Achar: Fermented spinach tossed with mustard oil, onion, garlic.
Accompanied with Papad, Achar, Curd, the perfect condiments for such Thali.
