Catch & Lease: Rent Luxury Villas with Vianaar in Goa

Shortcut

Vianaar Goa is a company that has villas and apartment rentals for short and long stays, lease and sale. They have a number of different properties in north and south Goa.

What is It?

The Vianaar properties are perfect to rent for a couple of nights or even a week or a fortnight, if you are looking to spend some time in Goa. I stayed at La Mer, a few minutes away from Candolim in an area called Reis Margos. La Mer has a few studios and a few one and two BHKs available for rent.

Where is It?

Situated in a quiet area a few kilometres away from Candolim is La Mer. You are close enough to enjoy all the cafes, shacks and action, and far enough away if you want to enjoy some privacy and exclusion.

Keep in mind, this particular apartment doesn’t have beach access but they do have a pool.

What is Unique about It?

This is perfect for people who are looking for some privacy, whether you are travelling as a couple or a group of friends. All the properties at Vianaar have 24-hour security, serve meals, have gyms and a swimming pool, as well as a doctor on call.

They also have a cab on call in case you’re looking to step out at night {you can pay hourly or daily}. They also serve breakfast and can cook delicious Goan fish curry and rice if you want to laze around and eat a meal or two in your room.

Best Time to Visit?

You should check with the agents to check the occupancy and availability. I plan to make Vianaar a regular haunt because they have properties all over Goa. I would recommend going during peak season, but after booking in advance, because their rates are substantially lower than the rates of hotels in the nearby areas.

Don't Leave Home Without?

Carry a swimsuit and some gym clothes. If you are travelling with friends, then carry an iPod dock or portable speakers for music. You could also choose to buy snacks from the closest convenience store to stock your fridge in your apartment.

#LBBTip

Candolim is a 20-minute drive away, so you have plenty of eateries and cafes to choose from. I spent three nights there and decided to go eat dinner at Lloyds. You could also book a table at Sol for some traditional Goan food while a live jazz band plays a few feet away from you.
