Rishikesh, the land of the sages, is one of the most spellbinding destinations worldwide. Known as the Yoga Capital of the World, the moment you step into this serene city, you’ll feel a meditative calm sweeping over you. Rishikesh draws spiritual seekers from across the globe, offering them a chance to find inner peace, practice yoga, explore ashrams, and witness the mesmerising Ganga Aarti by the riverbanks.
But that’s not all—Rishikesh has an adventurous side too! Thrill-seekers flock here to experience the ultimate adrenaline rush, with rafting taking centre stage. I'd recommend exploring both sides of this magical place—the soulful and the adventurous. Trust me, you’ll leave with a mental scrapbook (and a phone gallery) brimming with breathtaking memories.
It is also a place that you should visit at least once in your lifetime, and I'm sure if you are reading this, there is a good chance you are planning to come here anyway. So, here are all the things to do in Rishikesh, from where to stay to where to eat to all the activities to take part in!
