Nugu and Nicobar are Chef Ritu's favourite serveware brands. She says, 'They both have minimalistic designs that let me play around with plating my food that much more. Nugu is eco-friendly and 100% recyclable so I don’t feel guilty when I’m buying something. Nicobar, what can I say, every time I’m in Khan market or a place that has this shop I don’t leave empty-handed!'

Chef Ritu says, 'They’ve been in the business for so long but their quality still speaks for itself. Of course, I also love the fact that I can customise my chef's coat!' Chef Ritu says, 'I’m a chef, of course, the perfume I like has notes of citrus and vanilla!' Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino scent perfectly captures the cool breezes, sparkling clear water and lush foliage of the Italian Rivera, no wonder it's Chef Ritu's favourite, as Italy is also her second home and a place very close to her heart. In our opinion, TF's fragrances are a hundred percent worth breaking the bank for. Their luxurious long-lasting formulations are unlike any other in the market.

Chef Ritu's IG feed stands testament to her love for glasses and we have to say, her cool collection of glasses seems pretty on point. Chef says, 'My eyewear is something that, along with my shoes, always has to make a statement. I have too many pairs to count, all different shapes and sizes! They are my favourite accessory and LA Eyeworks is the best place to find these!'. LA Eyeworks is a swanky eyewear brand based out of Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, California that has frames to suit every face for every mood. Chef says, 'I've always loved reading but with the way I travel carrying books does get challenging. Initially, I wasn't too fond of the Kindle, I missed the scent as I flipped through the pages, but now I've come to really love it and can't do without it!' She also shared that she has way too many books to recount to tell us her favourite one but currently, it is 'Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow' by Gabrielle Zevin.

We obviously had to ask Chef Ritu about her favourite restaurant in Delhi (except her own) and her answer was every foodie's dream spot, Indian Accent at The Lodhi. She says, 'Manish (Mehrotra) really set the benchmark with this one. I feel he also redefined how the world perceives Indian food. They have a crab dish that is one of my favourites!'
