Remember Rodeo In CP That Shut Down? It's Back, And Everything About It Has Changed

The information in this post might be outdated

One of Delhi’s first experimental cuisine-creating restaurants from the nineties, Rodeo, shut down while ago because it needed to be renovated. As of the 30th of March, the restaurant is back and open for business as the revamped Rodeo Cantina & Kitchen. The theme of the space has changed from a quaint, Wild Wild West vibe to a more sleek, modern Mexican canteen one. The whole vibe is extremely Insta-friendly, and we loved that the place was well-lit {a rarity in the bevy of dingy, Delhi bars}, and didn’t get loud till post 11 p.m. – music-wise. The menu is Mexican street-food inspired, with hand-crafted tequila cocktails being the place’s magnum opus {we recommend going frozen with them, and choosing the watermelon one above all else}. The interiors of the space have also been redone, replete with board games, sink-in sofas, and wall art aplenty. So, get ready for tons of tacos, taquitos, tostadas, barbacoa, enchiladas and fajitas.

PS: Try their killer churros for sure.
