Run by a native, and the only restaurant in the city offering dishes from all the north-eastern states, Rosang is a one stop for experiencing the expanse of north-eastern cuisine under one roof. We recommend the Meghalayan Jadoh {wild red rice with sesame and pork}, Arunachali Ngatok {fish stew}, Manipuri Iromba {oil free steamed vegetable chutney with fermented fish} and the Sikkimese Aloo Taama {potatoes with beans and bamboo shoot}.
