Cool Down The Delhi Summer With Korean-Style Sweet And Shaved Ice At This Bakery

Located on the second floor of Gurgaon's DLF South Point Mall, Sonya Bakery Cafe offers a wide variety of Korean breads and desserts.

The breads are pretty nice but what really steals your heart is the Korean shaved Ice, bingsu. The bingsu menu isn't all that wide, but you can try their red bean, blueberry, chocolate, mixed fruit or mango bingsu. Their Mango bingsu is absolutely delightful!

The cafe is fairly small, so you might have to wait a while to get seated during rush hours.

They also run out of the red bean bingsu really fast!

Now that the Rapid Metro service has started, you can ditch driving there and take the metro instead. Get off at Sector 53-54 metro station and walk for about two minutes: it's the best way to burn off those bingsu calories!

A small bingsu priced at INR 250 serves two people.
There are two more outlets in Gurgaon and one in Delhi. Unfortunately, the South Point Mall outlet doesn't take delivery orders.
