Pizza on my plate or as we know it as POMP had made quite an entrance and is now one of the leading cloud kitchens in Delhi-NCR. Looking at the situation in hand, proper measures are being taken by the team which includes wearing masks and gloves by all the professionals, sanitising of the kitchen in every 4 hours and they give wet sanitised hand wipes with every meal. Fun fact, the top of the pizza box tears into 4 plates, hence the name. That's not it, they deliver till 4 am which makes it all the more attractive for singles, bachelors and a hangry personality like me. I ordered:-
The Classic Margherita- This pizza on the whole I feel is underrated, the sauce was a robust mixture of spices, basil and tomatoes. The crust was cooked to perfection; crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The absolutely flavourful mozzarella cheese enhanced the taste of the pizza.
Panda Pizza- This pizza is my personal favourite as it’s made on a creamy white sauce base and topped with caramelised onions, spinach and red pepper. The toothsome caramelised onions with the white sauce will knock you off your feet.
Nerds on mushroom- This appetising pizza, has wild mushroom cream as it’s base making it exceptionally palatable. Topped with shiitake, button and porcini mushrooms; the chef has left no room for complaints from a mushroom lover. Adding the sapid Ricotta cheese makes it irresistible
