Japanese Film Screening: Crayon Shin Chan - Bravo! Samurai Battle At The Japan Foundation

The Japan Foundation is hosting a Japanese film screening of 'Crayon Shin Chan - Bravo! Samurai Battle' (yes, that's the title of the film) and we are super excited to see one of our favourite, albeit controversial, cartoon characters on the big screen. 

Part of the popular Crayon Shin Chan manga and anime series, this 2002 film has rave reviews and is the only anime film to win a grand prize at the Japanese Media Arts Festival. 

The theme for this screening is 'The Curious Case of Shin Chan' and the film revolves around dreams and time travel.

The Japan Foundation is a well-built place for Japanese cultural exchange and has a library, an auditorium, and an exhibition hall.
