Indha is a project by Literacy India that provides vocational training to underprivileged women in sewing, tailoring, block printing, handmade paper, and other paper products. Their main objective is to empower underprivileged women and improve their income status through skill training. You can get your hands on gorgeous scarfs, foldable bins, pretty notepads, photo frames, handmade paper and greeting cards, candles, and much more. Everything is made by these humble women, and the products range between INR 100 and INR 1,000. These products make for a great gifting option and each time you buy these products you contribute towards supporting a cause. If you feel like, you can also go to Bajgera village and spend some time with these women and talk about their lives. You can also spend some quality time with the students there at Literacy India school and volunteer.
