The kingdom of popular Korean bakery, Sibang has expanded to DT Mega Mall, which offers a slightly different set up but the same yummy things we best know it for.

What’s Sibang?

Sibang {the original one in South Point Mall} has got to be on every Gurgaonite’s favourite something list; whether it’s for the best apple pie, its always welcoming aroma or for its undisputed chilled-outedness. It’s the kind of place that most people feel is their own discovery.

The coffee is strong, the breads are awesome and it seems particularly well suited to some alone time, should you need it, with tables that are cosy for two and perhaps just right for one.

So The New One Is Same?

The menu is exactly the same as the South Point Mall one, and it hasn’t left any of our favourite things behind; you can expect the usual cinnamon roll, green pea paste bun and other slightly odd sounding Korean delicacies we may or may not dare to try, their reliable selection of tea cakes, biscotti and cookies, and what is easily one of the best iced coffees in town.

This location seems to have the same number of tables but a little bit more space, so it’s great for catching up with friends {if that’s the kind of catching up you want to do}. There’s none of that free Wi-Fi which we can anyway never catch in the original cafe, so you may as well bring a friend along.

Why Visit This One

Given that the original Sibang is always buzzing with caffeine or a steady crowd, we’re happy to see a second location open up, that too in a mall where we can actually get some stuff done! DT Mega Mall has us covered from shopping to movies to the largest syndicate of kids’ stores, so we always have reason to visit, and now a reason to stay longer.
