Ravioli Made Easy by Sinyora’s

Sinyora sells freshly-prepared frozen ravioli with a bunch of different fillings, which you just have to boil for 6 minutes; top it up with their pasta sauce and dig in.

Sinyora’s offers five different types of handmade pastas {made from durum wheat, flour and eggs}. You can order the Chicken Ricotta and Pesto and the Spinach Ricotta and Pesto at any point, or give Sinyora’s 24 hours notice for the Mozzarella and Sundried Tomato or the 3 Cheese. We personally loved the Chicken Ricotta, which after a precise 6 minutes on the flame proved to be juicy, flavoursome and soft.

You can take your pick from three different types of sauces: Piri Piri, Tomato Basil and Basil Pesto. The refrigerated sauce has to be heated on a pan for a couple of minutes {we suggest you add some veggies or chunks of meat at this point} and it’s ready to be poured all over the plump little ravioli pieces. Enjoy your very own almost self-made gourmet meal.

Currently, Sinyora’s does free home deliveries within a 4 km radius of East of Kailash, with a minimum order of INR 400. If you live beyond, you could still request them to deliver {additional charges may apply}.
