What Makes It Awesome

How much coffee is too much coffee? For a lot of us, it's more than five cups a day (or maybe more). Coffee acts as a (the best pick-me-up) fuel for a naturally smooth run throughout the day. And since we're dedicated to introducing awesome local brands to you guys, here's another one of our finds - Soul Brew Coffee.

Based out of Baroda and Ahemadabad, Soul Coffee has four cafes in Baroda (including a roastery) and one in Ahmedabad. They have an online presence as well. Their only roast and source Single Estate Indian Origin Coffees. You can shop for three kinds of roasts on their website - light, medium and dark. The Light Roast has a fruity flavour and is going to be our breakfast (at noon) coffee. It's recommended for French Press, Pour Over and the good 'ol Channi brewing. For something more citrusy, you could go for the Light Roast. Lastly, the Dark Roast is for those who enjoy a more smokey and chocolatey taste. Still figuring out which roast would agree with your taste buds? Go for their Sample Pack (100g each) of all three roasts! Soul Brew Coffees can be bought in two sizes, 250g (INR 370) and 1kg (INR 1,200). And if you're entering the world of Home Brew (like us), they have some coffee equipment too. Shop for Hario Cold Brew Pot, Hario French Press, Moka Pot and Hario filter papers. These folks have made sure we enjoy our cafe-style coffees in the comfort of our homes and we couldn't be more thankful. By the end of all this, we're coming out stronger and completely caffeinated.

Pro-Tip

These kind folks also offer subscription services on these freshly roasted coffees starting at INR 1,330. Do check their website for tips and tricks on homebrewing techniques - there's no end to learning, y'all.  Oh, and they ship Pan-India so sit back and let your soul get brewed.

Probably found writing something under a bald tree, with my earphones on, next to a dog and a gigantic bowl of Caramel Popcorn!
