We're guilty of only growing up on mass-produced coffee to appease our caffeine cravings, but believe us, when we made the switch to small-batch coffee roasters, it was life changing. Savouring a cup of steaming hot locally roasted coffee is an experience! Like the brew-tiful coffee that Kohi Roasters India sources and roasts.
Superior quality coffee sourced conscientiously is at the heart of this Bengaluru-based roastery. They work with family estates to source green Arabica coffee beans, primarily from Southern Indian regions like Baba Budan and Shevroys. Another reason why we love Kohi Roasters is because they roast their coffees in small batches one to two times bi-weekly. This means we can enjoy coffee at its peak of freshness and ensures a more consistent roast. Finally, there's no better feeling than to be buying your coffee directly from the roasters!
On their website you will find four specialty coffees. For a refreshing cuppa, the Mandarin Orange & Wafers with a honey and caramel aroma and savory notes of mandarin orange and wafers; for something with high sweetness go for the Black Grapes and Pepper. This brew has notes of black grapes, aromas of spice, a sweetcorn aftertaste and is best enjoyed black. Great all day coffees would be the Dried Apple and Peach or Plum and Jaggery.
The shopping experience is amazing. From the estate to the type of coffee, to in-depth flavour profile explanation, they've covered it all. You can also pick your grind size - whole beans, South Indian Filter, Turkish, Chemex or Moka and more.
