These packets of NVC masala are ordered from Amazon. So I was searching for some brand which provides unadulterated masala and luckily I dropped on to this. NVC uses the pure forms of spices to make masala. Its uncoloured, unadulterated and also doesn't use any preservatives for the masala they provide. The aroma's are fresh and good is smell. I tried making all the dishes.
So, they also have a range of Pre- Mixes. Wherein all the necessary masala are put under one pouch. We simply need to chop vegetables, saute them in oil and empty the masala in it to get that authentic taste.
