So Easy! Make Comforting Mug Cakes In Just A Minute With These Premixes

SugarSugar by Ashima is an adorable little venture that offers mug cake premixes. All you need to do is mix butter, water and the premix together in a mug, and pop it into a microwave for just a minute. The end result—a yummy mug cake—will make all your sweet dreams come true. 

Started by childhood friends Kritima Arora and Chef Ashima Arora (of the Master Chef India fame), SugarSugar is the answer to every dessert lover's prayers.

They understand that not everyone can be a baker, and not everyone will have the right ingredients, utensils or the time to bake a cake. So, enter SugarSugar's mug cake premixes. 

This two-month old venture based out of Amritsar, offers mixes in three lovely variants: Chocolate, marshmallow and crackers, white chocolate and confetti, and lastly, the lemon, cranberry and chia seeds variant. Since each pack is handcrafted by Chef Ashima herself, you can be sure that you'll get nothing but the most comforting mug of cake with perfectly measured ingredients. 

At the moment, they sell their premixes through Instagram and offer a pack of three mixes for INR 500 (all three flavours, 150gm each; A single mix makes 2 mug cakes) and single flavour Jumbo Love packs of 450gms (makes 6 mug cakes) for INR 500. 

We wish they had more variants available but then again, the venture is just two-months old and we're told that they'll soon add more flavours too.

We recommend that you get the pack of three mug cake premixes first. That way, you can try all variants and later, get a bigger, 450gms variant of your favourite mug cake premix.
