A fancy, Sunday brunch born for Instagram, this brunch has the works; from a cold-cut and cheese counter that’s every sandwich-junkie’s delight, to a salad spread that will keep the yoga contingent of the universe very happy. The mains are fabulous too, with a Pan-Asian and Goan vibe, with odds and ends like a {great”} chicken roulade thrown in for good measure. They’ve also got live counters near the pool where chefs from The Great Kebab Factory will be serving the most succulent kebabs and Ni Hao’s doing its oriental specials, too. End with either of the two desserts sections; the adult one was made for decadence, but the children’s one is where you’ll relive your back-in-the-day birthday parties, with colourful, sprinkled doughnuts, jam tarts and DIY softies.
