Sushi junkies- I know there's a lot of you out there - it's time you met these sushi cakes. SuRaBo by Radhika is the mastermind behind these gorgeous, savoury cakes; not just that, she also makes bun-less burgers and bubble tea at home, and they're all vegetarian and can be made vegan, too! 

The sushi cake can be filled up with a ton of ingredients like asparagus, tempura veggies, mushrooms, avocado with sauces like soy chilli, sriracha mayo and lots more. They come in 2 sizes, 7 and 9-inches, and at first glance, I seriously thought it was a legit sweet cake because it's so pretty! Their bun-less burgs are also super interesting since the bun is made with ramen, rice or spaghetti depending on whether you go for the Indian, Chinese/Japanese or Mexican filling like rajma rice or chilly paneer (or sushi, duh!) To go with the meal, they have bubble teas in flavours ranging from the classic lemon and peach to more fun Kala Khatta or Pina Colada with tapioca pearls or popping bubbles (I recommend the latter.)
