While Nueva puts the spotlight on South American food, their new menu will leave you spoilt for choice with a mix of traditional and modern dishes.
They’ve got some refreshing summer-inspired dishes from scallop sashimi and ceviche to some yummy munchies like their empanadas and flatbreads. I recently went for the Restaurant Week India tasting and loved their dim sum and sushi as well.
The bar on the ground floor’s stirring up some awesome cocktails like Chilcanito and Inca Karri. My personal favourites though? Their Elderflower infused G&T and Old Fashioned God Father.
