This hugely popular Japanese culinary art form of modest origins has fast become a favourite amongst Delhiwaalas. LBB and Guppy by Ai, one of the best sushi makers in town, gave alternative foodies the opportunity to roll out a whole authentic Japanese spread, with a Sushi making workshop.

We learned how to roll Sushi the right way, from the Master-chef and Sushi expert Vikram Khatri of Guppy by ai. From vegetarian and non-vegetarian Sushi rolls, organic brown rice Sushi rolls {hello health conscious people!}, and learning the art of Uramaki style {rice on the outside} and Hosomaki style {Nori, seaweed on the outside}- there was plenty of knowledge endowed and copious amounts of sushi relished at this Grub Club.
