Tama Brewery & World Kitchen in Faridabad is a welcome addition to their nightlife. It has great food, cocktails, and amazing in-house beers.
Located in Sector 16’s market, we were impressed with how much space they had. It is divided into three areas: a raised dining area, a private dining area and a balcony, and a VIP lounge. The microbrewery's ceiling is decorated with coin replicas that add to the classic charm and lively ambience of the place. Tama has a fully stocked (and gorgeous) bar, a dance floor, live sports screenings, live music, a smoking area, and the space is LGBTQIA friendly too.
They’ve experimented with fusion food and done a pretty good job with it. We tried the Bao65, soft baos stuffed with a spicy, chicken filling, this was definitely our favourite. The dim sums were delicious, as were the Murgh Kesar Kastoori kebabs, served with a mint chutney foam. We were too stuffed to try the butter chicken momos or PaavBhaaji Fondant, but we hear they’re pretty popular.
Given a choice between the signature cocktails and options from the brewery, if you’re a beer person, stick with the latter. If not, try the Dark Fantasy, a sweet concoction of apple-smoked whiskey, saffron ice and cinnamon liqueur and the Copper Rabbit, a fruity gin-based cocktail served with in-house bitters, both of which we really enjoyed.
Tama Brewery & World Kitchen is open from 12 PM - 12 AM on all days and Old Faridabad is the nearest metro station. If you wish to travel by your own car (we recommend you don't since most of you will end up drinking alcohol), then there's ample parking space available in the market complex.
