I was recommended a beauty brand by a dear friend, in fact, she gave me their Activated Charcoal Glow Mask, which I loved to a point where I ran out of it in a month. So I went to their site to shop for it again and found that they have a whole new range of Chocolate and Coffee beauty products, that was the clincher right there. Who’s they? I’m talking about the Indian made, all-natural, The Beauty Co.
I was so thrilled that it is an Indian skincare and grooming brand. And then I chanced upon their new chocolate and coffee range which includes The Beauty Co. Chocolate Coffee Face Wash, Face Scrub, Face Mask, Body Wash, Body Scrub and Body Butter. This is like a complete regimen and you come out feeling like you’ve been to a spa. They use natural ingredients and I got the set because it was a mix of detoxifying, hydrating and moisturizing solutions all in one. Being hypoallergenic, I was certain the products would suit me since the glow mask had worked wonders anyway. Apparently, the range has Robusta seed coffee extract, Theobroma cacao powder, Walnut shell powder, Coconut oil, Sweet almond oil, Argan oil, Vitamin E oil, Himalayan pink rock salt, Shea butter, Aloe vera, Glycerin and Cucumber extract and I think it was a blend of these ingredients that brought life back to my lockdown dull skin. The Body Butter is supposed to slow the signs of ageing, so now we wait on that to kick in
I personally loved the Face Mask, the Face Scrub and Body Butter the most, these products are gentle on the skin and you can see a result almost immediately. The Face Scrub exfoliates in a way where even the light layer of tanning clears up since I have a T Zone issue, I felt it helped reduce the oiliness in this area of my face as well. I use the Mask before the scrub since that sequence works best for me. The Body Butter smells so good, you’ll be tempted to eat it, I guess that reinforces the fact that it is all-natural. I use it mainly for my hands, feet, knees and elbows where my skin tends to become a bit rough if I forget to pamper it. I loved the packaging so much, I’ve ordered another box as a gift, back to the person who introduced me to The Beauty Co., I think this will be the perfect thank you.
