Okay, I'm going to make a tall statement, "The Dahi Bhalla at this place is better than Natraj!". I have recently tried both the spots {again} and have come to the conclusion that while the offering is still decent at Natraj {Chandni Chowk}, it is milking the brand and has become fairly commercial. The quality has definitely gone down over the years. On the other hand, Shahi is keeping it honest, still puts in an effort, uses high-quality ingredients and garnishes and serves a brilliant plate full of Dahi Bhalla goodness.
