FIAPO (Federation Of Indian Animal Protection Organisations) and Epicuria, Nehru Place, have joined hands to position this food court as the city’s first vegan hub. While not all restaurants have jumped on the bandwagon, we’re happy to report that some of our favourites have come on board with an interesting vegan menu.
The good news is that each restaurant, including Fio Cookhouse & Bar, Dhaba, The Flying Saucer, Lord Of The Drinks Forum, Yuzu, Big Wong, Chatter House and Fidaah, will have a specially curated menu based on the cuisine they have on offer. In short, you’ll be spoiled for choice between Japanese, North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Lebanese and more. To give you some idea, they've got dishes like Kung Pao Tofu, Almond Citrus Salad, Lasooni Palak and Amritsari Chole, Chickpea Gnocci, Beet Sliders and Avocado With Miso Toast and lots more across different restaurants.
So, it's bye bye dairy, bye bye animal cruelty and hello, culinary innovation! Is this a move we love? Oh yes, of course. We first read about it here.
