Bean interest
The emphasis here is on organic coffee and teas. They used to source their coffee from the Blue Tokai initially but have now moved to sourcing them from Australia and they are definitely worth a shot.
If you like your coffee strong and full of flavour The Coffee Bond is unlikely to disappoint. They also have a selection of both hot and iced teas in unusual flavours like jasmine.
Menu au naturel
The Coffee Bond has recently launched an all-organic {to go with their organic takeaway cups and straws} vegetarian menu. If you’re heading here for breakfast, the cereals {Honey Barley, Chocolate Barley, Fruit Muesli, Chocolate Muesli} served with fresh milk or yogurt might be a good option.
Else, they’ve got sandwiches made from organic bread served with chilli oil. We’re loving the sound of the Veggie Skyscraper- organic vegetables, cheese and hummus. Or keep it light with their salads served in jars.
The cosy cafe proves to be the ideal spot to grab a light bite and a cup of freshly-brewed coffee.
PS: They have some pretty cool takeaway cups; they’ve hand-drawn a bunch of popular characters {Cartman, Kenny etc} and logos {we saw Batman and Game of Thrones} on white disposable cups so it might be worth taking one for the road.
Price: Starting at INR 160 for a glass of cold coffee
