The Ministry of Tourism and the National Association of Street Vendors of India are organising a three-day street food festival, featuring food vendors from across the country, at the Garden of Five Senses.

Just another food festival?

Nope, this one’s organised by the Ministry of Tourism. They’ve invited street vendors from all around India to set up 30 street food stalls at the Garden of Five Senses. So, for the next three days, you can sample street food from around the country.

What to Eat

Umm, everything? But make sure to look out for Ball Mithai and Jhangora Kheer from Uttrakhand, Ghevar, Daal Bhaati Churma, Payaz Kachori and Mava Kachori from Rajasthan, Kakadabeli, Aloo Bonda, Mava Jalebi, Daal Bafle and Poha from Madhya Pradesh, Litti Chokha, Ghughani Kachri, Chandrakala, Longlatta from Bihar, kebabs from Lucknow… you get the drift.
