With tastefully done interiors The Great Kabab Factory in Radisson surely doesn't disappoint!
It's not terribly big or cramped but rather has a more intimate space- where smaller groups would be happy. They had brilliant mocktails especially the watermelon juice with huge chunks of watermelon in it (really refreshing in this heat!). Now the GKF is incomplete without their galoutis and having said that there is not an ounce of doubt in the freshness and the taste of their kebabs which they had to offer, lives off to every bite!
Not being a seafood person, in a surprising tale of events I was in love with their Aamchi Fry Fish, had the perfect flavour and crunch to it and the Mutton Cutlet surely was the runners up for this round.
Last but not least, totally dig their Bombay Chicken Biryani for the simple reason that it was not overpowered with various masalas, with minimal masala it had a distinct flavour to it which I LOVED!
Ending my meal on a sweet note, they surely created magic with their Tinka Kulfi with a strong rose flavour which gave off a very fresh feel to it!
