But the biggest factor out there is your luck and timing. It’s actually a small campus named CHAMPA GALI with the main thrift store (LIBERTY VILLAGE) and a few cute cafes and restaurants here and there. The best part about it? THE GRAFFITI!! It's a super cool place to hang out with and click some cool pictures with your best friend. And when you get tired of all that, just walk a few steps to grab a quick bite!
