This pair has been filling more hearts than stomachs for a long time on their standalone cart in Old Delhi.
Known as Bhola Chaat Bhandaar, this food stall is run by a mother-son duo. It offers fried Indian snacks mainly aloo ki chaat and paneer ki tikki. And it is not surprising to see regular customers queuing up in the evening, no wonder they have been featured a couple of times across the internet.
What to expect: A burst of flavours in your salivating mouth. The tikki has boiled split chickpeas (chana dal), cottage cheese, and potatoes with a mix of various chutneys and masalas on top.
How to reach:
Nearest metro station: Chandni Chowk, Kinari Bazaar
Landmark: The lane just next to Kanwarji Sweets, a 2-minute walk from there.
Price: INR 40 per plate
Tip: Go there in the early evening when there is less rush. Oh, and avoid weekends or festival time.
