That it's the kind of collaboration that makes luxury/designwear more accessible to high-street shoppers. To be honest, anytime a fabulous designer collabs with a high-street label we love, it's great news because it makes the coming together of two cool, distinct aesthetics to create a unique collection that brings that designer brand within reach; and gives it that wearable, high-street touch you need to take it off the runway and out on the road.
The Moschino X H&M Collection is no exception. With bold hues, metallics, and tongue-in-cheek slogans aplenty, this is an aspiring luxury-lovers delight. The ready-to-wear condom motif (rampant in the jersey dresses, sling bags and bling-y earrings alike) is easily my favourite, as is the embellished denim jacket I've tried on in the picture.
