This 4-Course Meal At The Oberoi Will Take You On A Journey Through Europe

Food connoisseurs, this one's for you! A delectable four course meal is being served by Chef Christiaan Stoop at restaurant 360° at The Oberoi New Delhi.

It is definitely something we're excited about as the entire meal is the outcome of Chef Christiaan Stoop's trip across Europe and includes both vegetarian as well as non vegetarian delicacies. This meal is called 'Confessions Of A Culinary Traveller' where the first course takes its inspiration from the United Kingdom; it includes delicacies with elements such as Sea Buckthorn, cucumber in two different ways, fennel and hazelnut.

This course includes delicacies inspired by Spain like the seafood preparation with confit red snapper, mustard sauce, black garlic and amaranth, and the vegetarian variant with roasted cauliflower, morels and mustard sauce is also available. French non-vegetarian option like the lamb loin with onion crème, potato gratin and mint jus, and the vegetarian dish with corn puree, spring vegetables, black garlic & demi glace will also be served. The entire meal ends with desert, inspired by Chef's time spent in Germany. For dessert you can expect Bavarian Crème topped with raspberry glass, broken biscuit, and thyme (doesn't it sound divine?).

Chef Christiaan Stoop has worked at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, and with affluent chefs from around the world. He is currently leading the European kitchen at 360° under the guidance of Chef Rohit Gambhir, the Executive Chef at The Oberoi New Delhi. Previously, he has worked under the mentorship of Chef Bobby Bräuer in Germany at the 'BMW World – Munich' and Carme Ruscalleda - the only female chef in the world to be awarded 7 Michelin Stars! He has conceptualised some of the best dishes on the menu at 360°.

We're super psyched about this world class course, and recommend that you book a spot for this meal pronto!

Two Things; 1.) I like to think I live life with rose coloured glasses on, but really they’re black, and I can’t see a thing. (And to be honest, that helps in unseeing the humongous sattire and mess the world is). 2.) Mostly fumbling and staggering through life as gracefully as I can, with an occasional glass of wine here and there.
