This is yet another desi twist to a recognised “foreign meal” that Chaayos has successfully integrated into their menus, as part of their “experiments with chai” . What fills the taco, is either spicy paneer drenched in juices, or roasted chicken marinated in red sauce. Though it sounds messy, it really isn’t! You can stuff your face all you want, without worrying {too much} about spilling. When you eat, you may feel a sense of peace take over you. Don’t worry, it’s just the taste of India and Mexico meeting one another outside of the G20 summits, only this time, in your mouth. Maybe this is the way world peace will eventually come about, through camaraderie of gastronomical proportions!
