That they have extremely effective shampoos, conditioners serums, and more for a range of hair types, in a manner that's a LOT more specific than your average-Joe shampoo company.
I tried the Awapuhi Wild Ginger shampoo and conditioner, and the Lemon Sage shampoo and conditioner. Of the two, I preferred the Lemon Sage, but the Awapuhi held up pretty well as well. It'll take two-three consecutive washes (and using both together) to see a tangible difference in your hair. I have curly hair, and it managed to make my hair softer without it losing shape.
The products smell fantastic and are pretty effective, which, in my humble opinion, warrants the spend (they are definitely more expensive than their drugstore counterparts). They also have other interesting-sounding ranges (of which Tea Tree and Neon spring to mind first), and we can definitely vouch for their quality.
