I was roaming around Akash Cinema in Azadpur where I noticed this small chole kulcha stall Dinesh Ke Chole Kulche surrounded by so many people. This Chole kulche stall is run by two brothers.
Now, you all might be thinking what’s different in this? Every chole kulche has the same story but here is the twist.
The kulche here are served after putting them in the spicy pav bhaji masala which amplifies the taste so many times compared to normal ones. Also, the kulche becomes super spicy. As per the words from the owner's mouth, they say nobody in the entire Delhi sells these much spicy kulchas. They also sprinkle some cottage cheese to make it look more drooling and tasty.
The price of the chole kulche is only Rs 40 /-.
