This Feminist Potluck Picnic Promises Good Conversation & Home-Made Food

What's Happening

‘Feminism in India’ is a digital platform that aims at championing inter-sectional feminism and educating the youth about modern feminism. Their team is organising a Potluck Picnic to make feminists meet and have constructive conversations over samosas. The idea behind the meet-up is to create a safe space for people to be able to discuss and heal together. Especially, in the wake of the Me Too Movement, it is important that we, as a society, navigate the issues that create unsafe spaces for women (and men) and enable people in positions of power to misuse and abuse it. The purpose is to end what has been an emotionally tolling year for some on a note of progress and therapy. All you have to do is take a snack, home-cooked or store bought, and bring along your friends, family or even pets!

How's The Venue

The picnic will take place in Lodhi Garden on December 2, from 12 PM to 3 PM.
