The speciality of their biryani is that it is slow cooked and then finished on dum in the handi's they are served in. Every morsel of veg biryani was delicious and tasty. Great taste with ample portion size. Biryani was served with Mirchi Baingan Ka Salan and Buraani Raita which complimented it really well.
Rajma Galouti Kebabs were soft and melt-in-mouth, made using the traditional moist cooking technique of chargrilling.
Beverages paired up beautifully with our meal- Aam Panna and Thandai-very refreshing. Dal Bukhara was rich and creamy with a distinct taste. I ended my meal with Phirni which was very tempting. Must check out Biryani Central!
