So we all want to eat the freshest produce we can get our hands on but, man, it can be tough figuring out exactly how "organic" the produce is. If eating organic has become a priority, well, we've got just the place for you; Tijara Organic Farm is a biodynamic farm that delivers fresh vegetables, fruits and even their own cheeses made from milk they get from the cows and goats that live in their farm.
They've got a lot of produce that's available; about 8-10 salad leaves and greens, seasonal produce, Indian veggies and also more exotic options. Some of the cheeses they make on the farm are their fresh mozzarella, cream cheese, halloumi, feta and more. There's also grains and flours available like pulses, gluten-free flour, millet flour and they've tied up with a chef who makes sourdough, focaccia, pizza bases and more from their flour that you can order.
We love that most of the money they make goes right back into the farm and is used for the upliftment of their employees, a majority of which are women who are supporting their families.
They send out a list of produce available for the week on Monday for Gurgaon residents and Thursday for those who live in South Delhi. Gurgaon orders are delivered on Thursdays and Delhi orders on Sunday, with a minimum order value of INR 500.
