According to an article published on Mint, you will be excited to know that IKEA is planning to open smaller 'city stores' across metros in India with the first one touted to open at the end of 2021 in Worli, Mumbai. The Swedish furniture retailer also plans to open up another store in Mumbai in 2022. The first city store is touted to have restaurants and offer personal shopping and home deliveries across to the article published on Mint.
Apart from the two large stores in Hyderabad and Mumbai, as well as online deliveries to Bangalore, IKEA India is also planning to start these smaller city stores in Bangalore and Delhi.
