For Pretty Plates And Happy Dates, Head To Too Indian In West Delhi
Shortcut
Not Just A Pretty Plate, Okay?
At this hip new restaurant in West Delhi, you’re welcomed with a complimentary Mango Sorbet that’ll refresh your soul for the roller-coaster dining experience you’ve signed up for. Their menu is long and yum, filled with unique dishes like Palak Paneer Ravioli, Indo Persian Kebab, Milk Cake Pie and so on.
Their Milk Cake Pie that we can’t stop drooling over, is a piece of art in itself and it can be the perfect end to any meal. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the chefs at Too Indian have managed to magically create the light and creamy Daulat Ki Chaat {generally available only during winters} that took us back to a lovely winter afternoon in Old Delhi. We’re not a fan of their drinks but their food definitely makes up for it. At the Too Indian Restaurant, crispy Fish Sticks are uniquely presented in a painter’s palette {the fish’s placed on actual paintbrushes} with colourful condiments and their mutton tacos are served as small, crispy cornettos in mini cookers filled with Moong Dal. If you’re fascinated by how great their presentation sounds, you’ll go Hallelujah {multiple times} after tasting these delightful dishes.
They Had Us At Whisky Jam...
With their unique retail range of pickles, jams, relishes and bakery products, Too Indian takes the dining experience up a notch. They source local products like Murukku, Chicken Pickles, Whiskey Jam {tipsy breakfasts, yay!}, Masala Pappad, Fennel Rose Cookies etc. from across India and we can’t control our excitement to try each and every product that they have to offer.
So, We're Saying...
Great ambience? Check. Good food? Check. A lot of pretty on your plate? Check. Final verdict: You can never be too busy or too full or too lazy to try the flavourful Modern Indian cuisine that Too Indian has to offer. With this new entry in town, date nights are sorted and so is your Insta feed {for at least a week, no?}.
