Wood is priceless and all things wooden excite us. This brand, AN Decor by Nilima, certainly excites us beyond limits. It’s not just the usual trays with handles that is leaving us all in awe but also the wooden steppers (basically little steps that can be made from planks of wood) and cake stands that resemble the cross-section of a wooden log. For elaborate events and family get-togethers, they also have these platters that beam with opulence and class. If all the folks in the kitty parties are to be impressed, this brand would help a lot.
We loved their cake stands, yes. Available in teal, yellow and red natural wood, their cake stand speaks to one and all with its simple and rustic build. There’s this little stand upon which is perched a slice of circular wooden log, all sanded and polished with food-friendly oils. Another wood (good)-for-the-gram piece, this. And hey, you can even use these as wooden platters, without the stand and all. Best for the garden area, or just to hang paraphernalia at a height, out of reach from the little kids, you might want their ladders, two-tiered shelves with a warm light-brown finish. Double them up as a stand for a low-key buffet party at your lawn. For similar usage, their mango wood mounters do just about the same trick. The brand even has a good range of trays and platters, all plain and solid with hues of dark brown, ideal for the pizzas, breads and meat. MasterChef style, check. Bulk orders are entertained.
